Master Terms of Service

These terms govern the utilization of Dynamix Networks' enterprise infrastructure, AI deployment frameworks, and DXN NETWORKS career programs.

01. Agreement Execution

By accessing our portals or deploying our software modules, you enter into a legally binding contract with Dynamix Networks Inc. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind said entity to these protocols.

02. Software & AI License Scope

Dynamix Networks grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our ERP modules and AI decision engines strictly for internal business operations.

Prohibited Activities:

  • ✕ Reverse-engineering AI logic
  • ✕ Circumventing rate limits
  • ✕ Multi-tenant bypass attempts
  • ✕ Unauthorized scraping

03. Intellectual Property (IP) Siloing

All underlying proprietary algorithms, neural network weights (excluding client-specific fine-tuning), and source code remains the exclusive property of Dynamix Networks.

Custom Client Work

Ownership of custom-developed modules is governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW). In the absence of an SOW, Dynamix Networks retains all IP rights while providing a lifetime usage license to the client.

04. Internship Program (DXN NETWORKS)

Participating in our internship program requires strict adherence to our professional code of conduct:

Confidentiality: Interns may have access to non-public API documentation. Disclosure to third parties results in immediate termination and legal action.

B.

Certification: Certificates are only issued upon meeting 100% of project milestones. Dynamix Networks reserves the right to withhold certification for plagiarism.

05. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

"Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis."

Dynamix Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation—resulting from AI-driven decision outputs or cloud infrastructure downtime.

06. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Financial Operations

Refund & Cancellation

Transparency in our billing and service commitments is a core pillar of our enterprise relationships.

01. Enterprise Service Contracts

Deployment Fees: One-time setup and architecture deployment fees for custom ERP or AI modules are non-refundable once the 'Discovery Phase' is completed.

Subscription Services: Recurring cloud support or SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice via our official support channel.

02. DXN NETWORKS & Certifications

For specialized training tracks or certification administrative fees, the following window applies:

  • Full Refund: Request made 10+ days before start
  • Partial (50%): Request made 3-9 days before start
  • No Refund: After commencement or plagiarism

Legal names, business emails, university credentials, and skill assessments via DXN NETWORKS.

NECESSITY: SERVICE DELIVERY

Behavioral Metadata

Interaction patterns with our AI interfaces and ERP dashboards to improve UX/UI efficiency.

NECESSITY: PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT

02. Legal Basis for Processing

Dynamix Networks processes information under the following legal frameworks:

  • Contractual Fulfillment: To provide the ERP and AI services requested by enterprise clients.
  • Legitimate Interest: To detect, prevent, and architect solutions against cyber threats.
  • Consent: Explicitly obtained for marketing communications and internship applications.

03. Security Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is architected on a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA). We operate under the assumption that the network is always hostile.

Hardware-Level Security

All data nodes reside in ISO 27001 certified data centers with 24/7 physical monitoring.

AI Isolation

Client-specific AI models are cryptographically siloed to prevent cross-tenant data leakage.
